We BELIEVE the basis of our business is service and we do our utmost to complete our work to the satisfaction of our clients in a friendly co-operative manner.

We are the main Response Maintenance Contractor to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive In Portadown, Banbridge, Lurgan and Brownlow. We are also awarded various schemes in Northern Ireland. We also now carry out private home, grant work and commercial works.

We provide 24 Hour Cover 7 Days a week, 365 Days a year (Including Bank and Public Holidays) covering all trades for N.I.H.E Tenants in our Districts. We also have an "On Call" Rota System for Out of Hours Emergencies.

We Specialise in bathroom adaptations and all other mobility needs. (Shower Adaptations, Grab rails, Ramps, etc.)

To Deliver this service our operatives are equipped with mobiles, vans stocked with needed materials and tools and equipment.
