The Apprentice Programme
Through the years MDC has dedicated itself to making sure there are always a production line of young, eager and talented employees waiting to step up to the plate. One of the best and most innovative ways of doing so was through the MDC Apprentice Programme.
Young people have come to MDC looking Apprenticeships and the majority have gone on to become fully qualified, skilled operatives through MDC's guidance. Not only are they being taught the essentials of their chosen field but they are given on the job experience, customer satisfaction experience and being allowed to express they individual talents to discover their niche.
In turn MDC benefit from their youthful enthusiasm for the job and the freshness they bring to the company. We make sure all Apprentices are accompanied by an experienced and highly qualified tradesperson who can pass on their knowledge and experience to the young trainee. It will soon become apparent to those around them as they pick up more skills and confidence in their talent.
